Leora.ai is guided by the visionary leadership of our Founder & CEO, Esha Oberoi, whose 15 years of expertise has successfully scaled award-winning Australian healthcare company Afea Care Services. Experienced in excelling workplace wellbeing, Afea Care Services was Australian Financial Review’s Best Places to Work from 2020-2023 ( 3 years in a row ) and named HRD’s 2023 Employer of Choice. Through Afea we witnessed firsthand the struggles of individuals living with psychosocial disabilities, waiting in limbo for mental health support. Our own workforce, the pulse of our business, even experienced delays in accessing traditional EAPs.

Drawing inspiration from the stories witnessed and lessons learned, we stood at the intersection of compassion and innovation, and embarked on a transformative journey — Leora.ai.
