We provide digital-first mental health support, dismantling barriers of accessibility with access to an extensive network of therapists, text therapy and AI-guided reflection. We’re here to revolutionise workplace wellbeing.

Led by our Founder & CEO, Esha Oberoi, we witnessed firsthand the challenges individuals face in accessing timely mental health support through our sister business, Afea Care Services. Not knowing where to start, long-wait times, stigma, cost and a sense of helplessness were preventing people from seeking help. Traditional workplace EAPs were underused and ineffectual, proving a one-size-fits-all approach has become outdated.

Inspired by compassion and driven by innovation, we decided to redefine the notion of employee assistance.
